Off to College? Are You and Your Kids Prepared?

If your kids have been accepted into college and have their major and financial aid sorted, they must be itching to get their bags packed. But are you 100% ready?

Here is a foot care guide for those clients whose kids are starting college this fall.

off to college foot care1. Appearance

Give them a pedicure and manicure before they leave so their feet and hands looking their best. First impression and self-confidence mean everything to the ‘newbie’ at college!

2. Budgeting

This is important when away from home. Make sure they budget for their feet as well as their hands and makeup. When budgeting, remind them that little things build up quicker than large purchases, so keep track of purchases

3. Infection

If living in a dorm with shared shower and bathroom facilities, they should wear  Footlogix® pedi-slippers  when walking around.

4. Daily maintenance for pretty, healthy feet

Send Footlogix® pedicure products with them:  Daily maintenance or DD Cream Mousse for moisturizing depending on the condition of their feet and, of course, a Footlogix Pedicure File for the shower.

5. Sports activities

Send Footlogix Foot and Shoe Deodorant products. Watch this short video to say goodbye to foot and shoe odor.
Are they runners? Don’t forget Footlogix Nail Tincture to keep toenails healthy.

6. Overall health

Remember that one’s overall state of health is reflected in the skin. Remind them to get enough sleep and to budget their time wisely. Eating healthy food rather than fast food will help keep the skin ‘clear’

7. Computers

When spending hours on the computer, getting up regularly to do stretching  exercises  will not only  keep the body supple, but will also clear the brain and stop one from getting tired
